Do I need to be on a GLP-1?
No, but Kessa is built for people who are. Everything assumes a smaller appetite, where protein is the first thing to slip.
How is my protein number worked out?
From your own estimated lean mass, and Kessa shows you the arithmetic. It's designed to pair with strength training at least twice a week. Tell Kessa you have a kidney condition, or that you're pregnant or nursing, and it won't set a number at all: it sends you to your doctor.
Where do the restaurant numbers come from?
Each restaurant's own published nutrition, with the date it was read. Menus change, so check the restaurant's page before relying on a number.
What if a photo estimate is wrong?
It's a starting point, not a verdict. Change the amount and your number is the one that counts.

How do I cancel?
On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Kessa. On Android: Google Play, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Kessa. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it. Bought on the web? Cancel in your Kessa account settings. Either way, you keep access to the end of the period you paid for.
