On annual: thirty days. Set your protein target and log your first few days. Email hello@kessahealth.com within 30 days of your purchase and we refund it in full. You don’t have to give a reason and you don’t have to prove anything. No form, no phone call, no retention agent.
To be straight about the limit: the refund guarantee covers the annual plan. On monthly, after the seven free days, cancelling stops the next charge rather than refunding the last one.

How do I cancel?
Two taps in your settings, any time. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. No email required, no phone call, no one trying to talk you out of it.
Will you charge me again automatically?
Yes — Kessa is a subscription and it renews automatically until you cancel. Annual plans renew once a year at $149; monthly plans renew each month at $19.99.
Is Kessa medical advice?
No. Kessa provides general nutrition and wellness information and is not a medical service. We don’t provide any guidance on medication dosing. Talk to your doctor or a registered dietitian before changing your nutrition, exercise, or medication.
Do I need to be on a GLP-1 to use Kessa?
No, but Kessa is built for people who are. The protein target and the daily rhythm all assume you’re using a GLP-1 medication, or thinking about stopping.
